Questions about prices
What does the launch price mean?
Sign up while launch prices are on and you pay the lower price for your first year. After that, your plan continues at its regular price.
What if I need more sites?
Move up to the next plan at any time, from Plan & Usage in your account: it starts at once, and you pay only the difference for the rest of that month. More than 100 sites? Ask us on the Support page.
Do I need a credit card for Free?
No. The Free plan covers one site, with no card and no time limit.
How do I pay?
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, monthly, from Plan & Usage in your account. Stripe sells on our behalf through Link: it adds VAT where it applies, and emails your receipts and invoices. Businesses in the EU can enter their VAT number at checkout.
Can I cancel or move down a plan?
Yes, at any time, from Plan & Usage. It takes effect when the month you paid for ends — until then you keep what you paid for. Nothing is deleted: if the smaller plan covers fewer sites, monitoring pauses on the extra ones.
What are Tool Assist and MCPAssist on Free?
Two ways for your AI to work with your sites — one saves tokens, the other helps small local models. A Free account gets both for its first 30 days; after that they’re part of the paid plans.
What does “trial” mean for MCP Guard?
MCP Guard is meant as a paid option. For now it’s switched on for every plan, including Free.
