1. The service

AICOMBase is a web service that connects to WordPress sites running the AICOM plugin. It shows what AICOM did, monitors availability, runs configured audits and lets you manage connections and policies. AICOM itself continues to run on your WordPress site.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials and second-factor devices safe, and for the actions of people you invite to your organization. AICOMBase roles are separate from WordPress roles.

3. Connected sites

You may connect only sites you own or are authorized to administer. You decide what AICOM may do on each site through policies and scopes, and you can pause, lock or revoke a connection at any time. AICOMBase never asks for your WordPress password.

4. Audits and findings

Audit results describe observable conditions on your site against a rule profile. They are informational, may be incomplete, and are not legal advice, a certification or a guarantee of compliance with any law or standard.

5. Plans and payment

Plans and limits are described on the pricing page and may change. Online payment is not enabled in this version; plan changes made inside the account take effect without a charge until payments are introduced, and we will announce that clearly beforehand.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to attack, overload or scan systems you do not control, to attempt to bypass rate limits or plan limits, or to interfere with other customers.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided as is during the MVP. Monitoring and alerts are best effort. Liability terms, warranties, governing law and dispute resolution are to be defined by counsel.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will notify account owners of material changes. Contact details are to be added before launch.
