1. The service

AICOMBase and the AICOM plugin are provided by dudaster.com (“we”).

AICOMBase is a web service that connects to WordPress sites running the AICOM plugin. It shows what AICOM did, monitors availability, runs configured audits and lets you manage connections and policies. AICOM itself continues to run on your WordPress site.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials and second-factor devices safe, and for the actions of people you invite to your organization. AICOMBase roles are separate from WordPress roles.

3. Connected sites

You may connect only sites you own or are authorized to administer. You decide what AICOM may do on each site through policies and scopes, and you can pause, lock or revoke a connection at any time. AICOMBase never asks for your WordPress password.

4. Audits and findings

Audit results describe observable conditions on your site against a rule profile. They are informational, may be incomplete, and are not legal advice, a certification or a guarantee of compliance with any law or standard.

5. Plans, payment and cancellation

Plans, limits and prices are described on the pricing page. Prices are per month, in euro, plus VAT or sales tax where it applies. A paid plan’s launch price applies to your first year; after that the plan continues at its regular price, and we tell the account owner at least 30 days before the price changes.

Stripe sells AICOMBase subscriptions on our behalf through Link, its merchant-of-record service (“Sold through Link”). Link charges your payment method, adds and pays VAT or sales tax where it applies, sends your receipts and invoices, and handles payment questions and refunds under its own terms. Businesses can enter their VAT number at checkout.

Subscriptions renew every month until cancelled. You can change plan or cancel at any time from Plan & Usage in your account. A bigger plan starts at once, and the difference for the rest of the current billing month is charged immediately. A smaller plan, or cancelling (back to the Free plan), takes effect when the month already paid ends; until then you keep your current plan. Partial months are not refunded, except where the law or Link’s terms provide otherwise.

If a payment cannot be collected after Stripe’s retries, the subscription ends and the organization moves to the Free plan. Sites beyond a plan’s site limit stop being monitored and checked; nothing is deleted, and they resume when the plan covers them again. Special offers, such as the ECSPro Founding Offer, follow the conditions shown when you claim them.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to attack, overload or scan systems you do not control, to attempt to bypass rate limits or plan limits, or to interfere with other customers.

7. Availability, liability and governing law

We work to keep AICOMBase available and its monitoring and alerts accurate, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available”: checks and alerts are best effort, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You remain responsible for your sites, their content, their backups and their compliance with the law.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the amount paid for it in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for intent or gross negligence, or the rights you have as a consumer.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are settled by the competent courts of Galați, Romania, unless the law gives you, as a consumer, the right to go to the courts where you live.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will notify account owners of material changes. AICOMBase, the AICOM plugin and dudaster.com are operated by:
